Italian Rum Cake

Three layers of yellow sponge cake, soaked with our made-in-house REAL rum. The bottom layer is filled with a chocolate custard and the top layer is filled with a fruit custard. The top of the cake is iced in a fondant, ganache icing while the sides are covered in hazelnuts.

Mandarin Orange Cake

Tastes like a creamsicle, but better! This melt in your mouth orange cake is filled and iced with our delicious orange buttercream.

German Chocolate

Layered chocolate cake with a unique, rich, and gooey coconut-pecan frosting

Mocha Cake

Layers of our yellow sponge cake, soaked with a fruit syrup, and filled with mocha buttercream and hazelnuts. Iced in the mocha buttercream as well.
